Management Observatory Foundation


MOF - Management Observatory Foundation is non governmental organization with great potential, achievements and team of 18 experienced employees. We have an office in the centre of Warsaw and group of about 96 cooperating experts. Management Observatory Foundation popularizes good practices in business, promotes sharing of knowledge & experience and collaboration in the management environment, improves vocational qualifications of managers and establishes management standards.

Projects implemented within Management Observatory Foundation are addressed by senior executives and substantially related to:

  • business strategy issues, with special consideration of human resources management in organizations
  • continuous improvement issues, including research and analysis of an organization’s training needs, designing training schedules and analyzing the effects of investment in training
  • internal and external communications
  • internet and new media use

The areas of expertise of Management Observatory Foundation are:
  • Identification and analysis of human resources management methodologies
  • Researching and analysis of training needs
  • Designing of workshops supporting human resources management methods in organizations

We implement such projects as:
  • research and publication of the thematic reports (4 per year)
  • conferences and events (about 10 per year)- the biggest and flagship project is the HR Congress – the most prestigious event for the Polish HR industry (2 Congresses per year; each for about 600 - 700 participants)
  • consulting and education projects co-financed by the European Social Fund
  • Management Observatory Foundation represents American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) in Poland and is a member of International Federation of Training and Development Organizations (IFTDO).
