Project Conference

Project Conference

Over the past 2 years the “How to Webcast” project has been working with an aim to engage theorists and practitioners of the training industry with the challenge of using new media, in particular webcasting, in education.

During this project we have had the opportunity to become acquainted with the practices and needs of experts from different fields and disciplines. We have established a unique methodology of work for the use of webcast technology, using our own experiences, those of our partners and of those participants in our work.

To mark the end of our project and the launch of our manual and methodology paper, we are organising a project conference on October 25th 2010 in Warsaw. The conference will consist of case studies, presentations or workshops which promote views on new (interactive) forms of training both from the project consortium and invited guest speakers.

We look forward to an excellent conference and should you wish to join us, please contact calumthomson@adamsmith.ac.uk for further details.
